Blogger has different type of uses, like for example, to create a blog, published in that blog some information, some pictures, some entertainment games or applications, some blogs and link that will transport you to different web pages. For use this application you can create an account in GMAIL, when I discover blogger i create the account in the official web page, but in my opinion is would be more easier in GMAIL.
